The Warhol print saga continues! The Sotheby’s contact says… He produced this image in 1982, and it was used for advertising in the store and as a double page advert in Interview magazine, and the New York Times. My feeling is that if it is an in-store display then it is probably not an original…

More Warhol

I think this is becoming an obsession! I found another Warhol and I’m trying to find out more about it but I’ve only got a day or so. The images were apparently made for instore displays for a fashion designer called Halston. There is a Ladies version and a Gentlemans version. These are apparently mentioned…
