another one swallowed up

Another little fish has been swallowed up by a big shark! Just like Flickr was eaten by Yahoo!, today everyones favourite free VOIP provider Skype was gobbled up by ebay of all people. Those luck chaps at Skype have made a pretty penny out of the deal and it seems that it will be mutually beneficial to both companies. Any changes in service agreement will I’m sure be forthcoming once ebay implement their changes. When Yahoo! bought Ludicorp we all worried briefly for the future of Flickr. These worries however seem to have been unfounded so far. Let’s hope that any concerns about Skype are baseless too!
