going underground… but not really

A while ago Mrs Menace and I went on a tour of Albert Square. We had a good nose round the Queen Vic, the bench of tears and other haunts. one of the things we checked out was the Walford East underground station. Outside the front there is a tube map giving the location of Walford East on the District line and the times from there to all the local stations. I took a snap of this and have generously donated the picture to the ‘Underground History‘ website. Check out the picture and scroll to the bottom to see a personal credit. This is the most exciting thing that has happened to me since the other day!
