Local International Call Confusion!

I happened upon this while travelling home one the tube yesterday.

It allegedly offers international calls at national call rates (0870 numbers). I’m a bit of a sceptic so I’m desperate to find a catch! It seems that this service is run by Telco who partake in all sorts of telephone wizardry. Might give it a go, but it just sounds too good to be true!
